I have a free account. Can I make my boards private?

I can't seem to make my board private.  Do I have to have a paid account to gain access to the privacy settings?  I cannot access it now.  I have a free account.

You shouldn't have a problem making a board private on a free plan. I'm on a free plan and I can change the board visibility:
