I have a backlog and a to-do column and I want to move anything mistakenly put in to-do to backlog

I am hoping for a way to move a card mistakenly put in the to-do list by my colleague to the backlog list if it has more than 8 days before its due date.
This is the rule I wrote to move them from backlog to the to-do list if they hit 8 day mark to go there.
I wrote this and tested it and it did not work:
But I think what I want is to say > 9 days... and not have to write 9, 10, 11, 12, etc. versions of this rule.
Possible? Any suggestions?

Welcome to the community.
Unless I am missing something here, can you use this command to prevent cards due in >8 days being moved to your to-do?
