I had 10 members in the free Trello app, I deleted one- and can't add another-what do I do?

I also checked other cards to make sure the deleted party was deleted from all the cards- I refreshed and logged out and in-but still show 9 members without being able to add another- help!

The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
