I deleted a Trello workspace that wasn't mine, I need to recover it, what should I do?

I was granted access to a Trello workspace and mistakenly deleted it since it was no longer useful to me. However, in doing so, I inadvertently deleted all boards within another person's workspace. Is there a way to recover them?

Deleting a workspace is permanent.  https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-a-workspace/ 

When a workspace is deleted the boards are closed.  You should just be able to reopen any boards that were in the workspace.  https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/  You will have to recreate the workspace and add the boards back to it.
