Hi,

I changed my admin email and lost all my access to workspaces and boards. I can't log in with the previous email, since the account has moved to my new address, but when I log in to Trello with my new address (that I confirmed using the verification email) the Trello is empty. There are no workspaces or boards, and it is like I am a completely new user.

I really need my data and would appreciate help in fixing this!

Ask Atlassian support to compare the account IDs associated with the previous and new email addresses. I would avoid recreating or copying the boards until the identity issue is understood.

I develop Board Export Lite. It cannot access or restore boards belonging to an inaccessible account. Once access is restored, it can preserve manual or scheduled JSON, CSV, or XLSX copies:

Hello @Noa

I wouldn't waste here time if I will be you, and contact directly with Atlassian over https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing

Only Atlassian can see whether the old and new emails point to the same underlying Atlassian/Trello account IDs.

Best,

Arek 🤠
