Of course I have a second account this, from which I created the ticket. Also I cannot contact support and create a simple ticket. OMG. A multi-billion dollar company...
Same issue with multiple people in my org. It’s requiring an Authenticator code but none of the codes I’m seeing on multiple Authenticator apps are working. Also, none of us actually remember setting up 2FA so we also don’t have the recovery key as a backup. This is mind bogglingly frustrating because customer support functionality isn’t helping at all (requires you to be logged in, which is the root of this problem).
I managed to fix the problem by myself... The emails were received but in my spam folder, after 10 minutes delay. I also added to my contacts, the support emails which were given by the AI.
