Hello, i have a trello account since 2016, i never had a 2f verification, i always just entered my password. Thus i did not solve i already do not Havel ani access to the e-mail account under which I was registered due to the fact the website of my company is now out of work and the hosting was not prolonged.
Today i tried to log in and i realized i am not able to do that because the page started asking for a 6-digit code being sent to the e-mail which already does not operate. I have never set this form od authentification. I really need to get access to my old account as i have there all the notes to the clients work i need to bill now.
I already requested the password recovery email through the Atlassian website to ve send to my other e-mail, bit nothing arrived.
Is there aby Chance to get to my old account?
Since it’s not possible to log in, i can’t contact Atlassian Support directly.
Could someone from the Atlassian team please check this situation or provide the next steps to recover access to the account?

Hello, thanks for answer. Does it mean i will not ve able to access my account as i cannot fill in the verification code? I never set this verification method in my account, i never used it within the whole 10 years. Trello made this change in settings without letting me know. I know the email address, i know the password, but IT does not help mě in any way

Hello, your answer did not help me. I cannot verify my account, although I know both the e-mail and the password, because Trello, without letting me know and without I would ask for that have set for my aacount I have to verify although via the could which is being sent to my e-mail account. Because my e-mail account is no longer accessible due to the problems with hosting, I cannot get the verification code and log in. Trello made a chnge to my account which now does not let me to get to my account. Is anyhow possible to deactivate the verification with the code i did not set and did not ask for and log once more just with my e-mail and password? I will immediatelly change the contact e-mail and make steps to solve the situation, but i really need to get to my account.I have a notes to my clients work there which I urgently need for billing.
