I had to create a new account just to ask this question. I have an account that I was paying for a shared trello page and when I went to log in, it asked for a verification code it sent to my email. I have not received said email after re sending multiple times. I have also added am.atlassian.com and id.atlassian.com to my domain allow list in my email client.
I still am not receiving an email the account belongs to the email MrMisplaysproton.me@proton.me and if you want I can send receipts of payment as proof of ownership of the email. I cant even sign up as a new account under that email due to it already being an account. I attempted an account recovery link as well and still did not receive an email. The last email I received from Atlassian or Trello was November 28th 2025
I use proton and somehow disabled the email that was linked to the account... I re enabled it and it worked

I’ve checked your account in our system and noticed that emails sent to your address were being suppressed. This usually happens automatically if there’s a delivery refusal or an issue with your mail provider. I’ve now removed the block on your account, so you should start receiving emails as expected.
It looks like disabling and re-enabling your email temporarily resolved the issue, but with the suppression lifted, things should work smoothly from here on out.
