I have tried to connect my account to the Google Drive power-up but it has been impossible. When I am clicking "Link Google Drive Account" it shows nothing. I have allowed pop-up windows, have disabled my antivirus and other blockers and nothing. Any advice?

First of all, disable the power-up then clear the cache of the browser and then disable all the adblocker/script blockers, etc then open your browser and enable the power-up again!
If required change your browser or use the Trello app for desktop!
