Can someone provide me with a customer service number so I can access my billing invoices? Ever since Atlassian has been involved with the account, I can't find anything nor can I reach anyone for support. I've emailed the support team multiple times and never get a response. I would cancel my teams account but can't do that either. Very frustrated and looking for answers. I loved Trello but this lack of customer service is really becoming an issue. Hoping someone can help.
I'd like to look into this: "I've emailed the support team multiple times and never get a response". We don't have a way to email directly, so just want to confirm - are you using an email address or are you using the contact support button on our contact page to send in a request? When you do that, you'd get a response back with your ticket number - do you have any ticket numbers?

I have had the same responses. My ticket number is CA-1581191. I have made three inquiries and each has the same response that they would have my question resolved as soon as possible. This ticket my third ticket number.

I assume you have checked this guide - https://help.trello.com/article/746-invoices-and-receipts-for-trello-business-class-and-trello-gold and tried to access billing contacts and additional invoice details. If not, could you please check this?
Apart from this, I think you need to contact https://trello.com/contact#/ as this is the dedicated contact for such cases.

Suvradip, I clicked on this link, https://trello.com/contact#/ and it brings me to the same place where I cannot log in. It talks all about Get help with Trello. Cannot get any information.

If you still need help there is not a Trello support number. You will need to submit a support question here https://trello.com/contact/
Just scroll to the bottom of the page and click contact support. If you are not logged in you will need to do so with your Trello account.

I've been dealing with the same thing and was charged over $200. Never would I have done that unless I had a large team. It's just myself and one other person. I google search and haven't been able to locate the billing section.
I can't locate billing. I also want to dispute this charge and I don't want to lose the work I have put into this. I was a gold member and then workspaces came along. I ended up having 2 accounts. Soooooo frustrating.
