How do we cancel a trello account they are charging me monthly and annually I cannot stop the charges on my visa this is rediculous............................

If you have already canceled it but are still being billed, I highly suggest you contact Atlassian as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

You are eligible for a refund if you request it within the first 30 days of an annual subscription. The same applies to monthly subscriptions; you are eligible before the end of the 30-day period.
