I cannot drag my cards anymore. How can I fix this?

I am using the browser app.  As soon as I try to drag a card the border of the verticle list highlights and then everything locks up.  The only action I can perform is reload the page.  Even the top bar does not respond to any clicks.  Dragging cards (to change order) worked yesterday.

Good old computer reboot fixed it.  Brutal.  Haven't had to do that for a long time.
