I cannot add photos on the trello.

I have checked every possible problem, but im the only one in my team who cannot put pictures on my board : its seems as if i have a bug.

I always have these two messages : impossible to load file, or error while importing file, even though i am an administrator on the space. It worked miraculously only two times and then not anymore. its not a navigator problem, nor a wifi problem. I don't know what to do nothing works.

it's weird! please could you check your photo size? it should be less than 10MB.

Hi Fabio, yes i did, i checked every possible problem and its neither of them.

My photo size is correct, i did compress them even more to try and it didnt work.

I tried the navigator : not the problem

I tried to open a page in private navigation : not the problem

i did also try to disconnect and connect again on my account, and checked my space settings and table settings for possible lack of permissions to add certain images : not a problem i have the exact same than the rest of my team. 

My connexion is good, i do not have restrictions with the company im working with as i do not have a company assigned on my profile. Im actually out of ideas here... it just doesnt work. Errors again and again.

What kind of error message are you getting when uploading the image?
