Hi,

 

we work with Trello and it worked perfectly till now.

 

I can‘t login on out iPads. On the desktop everything works Fine.

 

So I closed the App and reinstalled it, nothing.

I deleted the App an reinstalled it, same problem.

 

Can you please help me?!

 

We ran a textile Printing Business and we are using Trello every day.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you can't login into the Trello app on the iPad.

The iOS mobile app login authentication happens via the browser and usually enabling cookies for your default browser resolves the issue just as explained below:

ON Safari

  1. Open the Settings app, scroll down, and select Safari.
  1. Under Advanced, make sure Block All Cookies is turned off.
  1. You may need to restart Safari for these settings to take effect.

Check Apple’s documentation for more about cookies in Safari.
