I can't login in my Trello account.

The 3rd authetication not working, I don't received code and the verification key is not woring.  Waht can I do?

Hi Gin, welcome to the community.

If you have access to the mailbox you would be able to regain access to your account. Here's the steps you need to follow:

  1.  Try to log in, you will see the image below, and click on *Can’t use your phone?*
  2. Then click on *Can’t find your recovery key*
  3. Select Send recovery email. An email will be sent with more information with the subject line Steps to recover your Atlassian account.
    *Note:* This email does not contain the one-time link yet.

 After those steps, you will get a *second email in 24 hours* with instructions to remove the 2FA.

 Make sure you are available to check your inbox 24 hours after the first email is sent as the link in the second email will expire if not used in time.
