This is maddening! Right now, I'm logged into an old free account so I can get support. I cannot get into my paid account. I am being prompted to check my authenticator app, but there is no number and I was never given a 24 digit security key. I can't get support for the paid account because I can't log in!
I need help. Please.

If you don't have the recovery code and key, the only option we have is to recover the account to disable 2FA:
1. Go to the login screen for your Atlassian product.
2. Enter your email address and password, then select Log in.
3. Select Can't use your phone? at the bottom of the page.
4. Select Can't find your recovery key? at the bottom of the page.
5. Click Send recovery email.

You will receive two emails: The first one will confirm that we've received your recovery request, and the second email will be sent within 24 hours(security delay) with a one-time login link to grant you access to your account and then they can disable 2FA
