I can't connect my google mail account to sendboard

hi, I tried to connect my google business email account to sendboard, I receive the email from it, so it looks like its connected but then I get the error from sendboard saying what you can see in the pic. Don't know what to do. I tried to send an email to sendboard support but not sure is working.
