I can't access the Atlassian to change my profile informations

I'm trying to change my name at Atlassian site. But when i try to manage my atlassian count, the site doesn't load. Me and my colleagues are having the same problem

If you and your colleagues are having the same problem, are you on a company network?  
Try to connect to your mobile network to see if it works

i tried your suggestion, it went to the same results. Still can't access the site to manage my account
