Hi! I use Trello to create social media posts collaboratively with my clients by using an individual card to draft a post, which often means uploading multiple images to a card as the slides that will be published for a carousel post. This means that the pictures need to be seen in a specific order. Trello uploads them out of order, and it used to be possible to simply rearrange them by dragging and dropping them in the right position. However, for a while, that hasn't been possible for me or my clients, in different boards.
It's not a huge issue; obviously the images are numbered, so you can just check the image number. But it was easier to preview the images when they could be rearranged into the proper order, rather than now, when we have to constantly click out of a preview to find the image that is supposed to go next.
I'm wondering if this is a bug or a new limitation and whether anyone else has experienced it.
Hi @Desiré and welcome to the community,
Unfortunately, I'm personally not aware of such change and whether it was intentional and remains that way.
I have therefor marked your ticket for Atlassian's support so a Support Engineer will be looking into it within the next 1-2 business days.
To help others that might have the same question and stumble upon this one, we would appreciate if you could leave a comment here with the feedback that came out in the end.
Greetings
Philipp
Hello! Here's an update: While I wasn't contacted directly by support about this issue, I'm happy to report that it has been solved. Now the images upload in the correct order and you can rearrange them. Thank you!
