I am unable to sign in our new employee into trello using our current email address.

I am unable to sign into our trello with our office email. Usually, we can have several people have access to Trello using one email. Our field guys. Only have 2 guys, first guy was able to get access, but 2nd guy has not. I don't know if it matters, that he has cricket as a carrier.

It is against Trello's terms to have multiple users share a login. I would recommend each user create their own account.
