I am unable to access shared boards. When I try to login through SSO it does not recognize me. I went to reset my password and that didn't work. I keep getting redirected to the main login page. Thank you for your help!

@Megan McLaughlin is it possible that your SSO is somehow signing you in to another account that's not the correct one? maybe try in an incognito browser and see if that helps.

Hey Brittany, this is what happens to me... I can only open it on an incognito browser...do you have any idea how to make sure I log out from the wrong one in my normal browser?
