I am unable to access my companies Trello account using my original workspace ID.

I am unable to access my companies Trello account using my original workspace ID.  The company was able to get me to be able to log in with a different workspace ID as a "guest".  How can I log into my original ID so that I can gain access to all company workspaces and my old personal workspaces?
