When I try to contract trello it asks for my astlassian id and i use what it greets me as "mysite name".atlassian.net and it tells me no such atlassian cloud url. Heres a summary of my issue
My name is XXXXXXXXXX and my Atlassian account is associated with the username Bob Crowther (XXXXXXXXXX.atlassian.net).
The board in question is:
• Board Name: Real Estate
• Board URL: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
This board was created and administered by a former employee of mine, who served as my General Manager. His Trello/Atlassian account has since been deleted, and as a result the board now shows "[deleted account]" as the original admin.
My Trello activity log confirms the entry: "[deleted account] added XXXXXXXXX to Real Estate" — confirming I am a legitimate member of this board.
Because the admin account is deleted, I am unable to access the board content or make any administrative changes. I am the owner of the business this board was created for and I need to regain full access.
Could you please transfer admin/owner rights of this board to my account, or otherwise restore my access?
Thank you for your help. Any ideas or if Trello support reaches out that would be great.

Community members cannot transfer Trello board ownership or make someone a board admin from here.
