I am suddenly locked out of one of my boards.

I am getting a note that says: 

Billable Notes is closed.

You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance.

I can't see it or access it and I can't figure out how to 'contact support.' I am the only admin and I have not changed anything.
