Hello, 
I did not know that i had an account for trello still, years ago i did. I tried to access the cancelation through the website but its asking me to create an organization which i am not doing. I do not want this subscription and I want a refund. I am not sure how my credit card was accessed either, it expired in 2025, and i did not update my credentials on your website.  
Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. 
I was charged 119.99 for trello.com through atlassian.
