Billing stuff on Trello can feel like trying to find a light switch in the dark, but the trick is hitting the in-app Help icon and choosing Ask Trello Support. That sends you to the actual billing form instead of the community loop. If the account is tied to an old email, support can still look it up once you give them the last 4 digits of the card and the charge date.
