I am not receiving the email address change

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have tried to change the email address associated with my account. I've not received the verification email. Not in spam, emails functioning fine. I've tried to sign in using the new address and then I get a code to login but the code isn't working. please help!

Email changes are managed through id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email.

Try logging out completely, opening an incognito window, and signing in with your old email to resend a fresh verification link. If you already tried logging in with the new email, you likely created a duplicate account, which will block the transition until that duplicate is deleted or changed to a temporary address.

Also, check your spam or corporate filters for blocked messages. If the verification still fails, you will need to contact Atlassian Support directly since the community cannot access account details.
