Hi @Josh

You can do this with automation...it can be modified to better suit your needs but I'll make it on the basis that you add the card to a specific list

Automation 1: Setup

When a card is added to list "Timer", add me to the set due date in 15 minutes

Automation 2: Due Date Command

the moment a card in list "Timer" is due, post comment "@card #⏰ 15 minute timer...." and move the due date by 15 minutes

Hi @Josh

You could create an automation that can notify you (email) but if you have many Jira issues the automation consumption (you have a set of uses) will be quickly depleted.

May I ask why you want this?

If it's only for some Jira issues, it might be better to use a plugin. There are several in the marketplace.

But if you need something to notify you, try a desktop app. A timer.

Regards

I am building a Trello card that has a purpose of doing a service center walk through and communicate with technicians in order to keep up production. I would also like to note in the Trello card.
