I am completely new to this and upgraded to Standard recently.

I was working on a board where I was a member - not the admin.  The premium trail period ended and I decided to try out Standard to see if it gave me the functionality I needed (Diary dates) 

I paid for the upgrade but as a result I lost access to the board (I kept getting the upgrade offer headed "Your premium free trail has ended " with no option but to either upgrade (and pay again) or click to go back to the free version. 

Once I clicked on the go back to free option I got access again but of course none of the standard functionality.

I am completely confused so can anyone please help!

I have taken a look into your account and can see that you now have an active Premium subscription.

Based on your billing history, it looks like you followed these steps:

  • You initially started with a Free Premium trial.

  • You then moved to the Standard plan.

  • Finally, you cancelled the Standard plan to upgrade to your current Premium plan.
