I accidentally signed up for the free trial

Hi there,

I accidentally opened a new trello account on behalf of my friend, but she wants to use the free package of trello. How do I turn off the free trial and set her account to the free trello package?

No worries at all! Once the free trial ends, the workspace will automatically switch to the free Trello. So, you don't really need to do anything special—it'll just happen on its own.
