How to use Trello Rest API with PHP (WordPress)

Hello, everybody.

I have a question about using the Trello API. Unfortunately, I’m new to working with APIs, I’m sorry. Can someone give me a code example (with PHP or JavaScript) of how to use the Trello API to create a ticket with a proper checklist, for example? I would be very grateful for that!
I would like to send an e-mail to the Trello system via the interface of a WordPress plugin and create a ticket with checklist. Maybe there is also a WordPress feature that allows an API request?
