These are file links that were located on a shared online database and we changed the database software but the files are still filed the same way on it and have kept the same name. Only the software used has changed. The links on Trello are all placed in the same workspace and in a different card and still in the same place on it.

Just to confirm, did you want to bulk update information in cards?

If so, while that's not possible via the UI, if you have developer resources, you could leverage our REST API and bulk update cards that way: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/api-group-cards/#api-cards-id-put

Alternatively, you can see if there are any third-party Power-Ups that will allow you to make bulk changes: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=bulk
