How to transfer board ownership from someone who cannot log in anymore?

Hi! At our company we are using a Trello board. However, the owner of that board left our company and can no longer log into the account. So we can no longer change the board owner. Is it possible to delete the board owner and move ownership to another account?

Hi,

This comes up quite frequently.  

I would advise businesses to have a Trello workspace member that isn't tied to a specific user.  So you could have an email "trelloadmin@yourcompany.com"

That doesn't help your current issue but will help prevent it happening again...

For the immediate issue, the best thing to do is contact https://trello.com/contact and they will definitely be able to help
