How to track the delay in the card completion by a tagged member

Referring to the subject above, how can I track my team's timely completion of the cards. Say if we put a due date to the card and also tag the concerned member for that card, then when that the card is completed, can determine how many days early or late the card is completed? And can we get a periodic data of the same as to many cards are completed on time / delayed or early of a particular member?

Can we track this that for all the members on the board?

Please advise.

There's no native feature to have a report on that, you would have to manual check how the completion of the cards is going, maybe a third party tool like https://trello.com/power-ups/67155970753de9d084c798b2/card-progress-track-progress-on-cards could be helpful on a case like this.
