How to track tasks assigned to another card member from a checklist.

I track the status of all of my estates that I administer on a single Board. Each card on the Board represents a different estate. There are a number of tasks on a checklist on each card and I sometimes assign a task on a checklist to another board member. How can I track what tasks I have assigned to the other board member without opening each card and looking at the tasks or the activity to be able to determine which tasks have been assigned?
