How to stop automatic archiving when card is labelled complete

This is probably really easy but I can't work out how to do it!

When we mark a card as complete - it automatically archives the card which we want to stop from happening. An ideas on how to do this?

There is no such feature in Trello, so it properly mean you have an Automation that does this. So check your Automations (top right of the board next to the filter)
