I would like to share some cards with my team membrs - but not all. How can I just let them view some of the cards but not the confidential ones? Also I would like that they will get a notification once a task is moved to "done".

There are many ways to do this but here a couple of common ones:
Mirror cards to a separate board using Trello automation. You can set it that if confidential custom field is checked, the card does not get mirrored. You can also set it up where the card that is copied to the team members board has certain information removed from it...
