How to share a board with someone that does not have trello

I am in charge of several buildings and grounds.  I use trello to help me manage tasks and projects for each of the different areas.  I would like to share them with the individuals that are in each of the buildings and grounds.  Is there a way to share boards with them when they do not have an account or not signing up for an account?
