I continue getting the same error message No Trello Workspaces found and I tried manually signing in to my account. I have the same email for my trello and atlassian account and claude. Could it be a bug? I see this is a fairly new connector.
“No Trello Workspaces found” usually points to the Atlassian account or workspace association rather than the prompt itself. Confirm that the workspace appears at trello.com under the same Atlassian account, verify that the account is a workspace member, and then disconnect and authorize the connector again.
If your goal is AI-assisted card and list work without depending on the Claude connector, I develop BoardPilot. It turns a natural-language request into a reviewable action plan and runs only after approval:
No Trello Workspaces found means that Trello MCP cannot find a Workspace for the Atlassian account selected during authorization. The email used for Claude does not determine which Trello account is connected.
Open Trello in the same browser and confirm that the intended Atlassian account can access at least one Workspace. Then disconnect the connector from Claude and add the dedicated Trello connector again, rather than the Atlassian Rovo connector. On the consent screen, select the Workspace and approve the required permissions. Trello MCP currently supports one Workspace per connection.
If no Workspace appears, the usual causes are that a different Atlassian account was selected, the account no longer belongs to a Workspace, or its access has changed. Join or create a Workspace and reconnect. If the Workspace is visible in Trello with the same account but is still missing after reconnecting, follow Atlassian’s Trello MCP troubleshooting guidance.
