How to set email notification 30 days before due date

Hello,

I'd like to set a rule which allows me to receive an email notification 30 days prior the due date of a task, but Trello only lets me set it either "30 days from now" or "2 days prior" and I cannot find a similar customization in the automation section.

Is there a way to make it possible?

You are correct in your observation. The option available is to use a date custom field +/1 x days. 

The other alternative is to use http request with Trello api to handle this. This will be available on my Space Butler app.
