Recently my boards started going transparent unless I am hovering or clicked on a list I am assuming that is happening due to a setting or powerup please tell me how to turn this off I want to fully see every card in a list.

Are you using the 'Card Aging' PowerUp? If you disable it, you should get your cards back.
If you screenshot all the PowerUps you have enabled on this board, we can narrow down which one is misbehaving!
