Hello, I have a board that was closed, however, I had never requested to close it.

The message I received mentioned to contact a board admin to reopen the board, however it did not contain any board admin details.

How can I get my board reopened?

Thank you!

Hi

Check the board's project and board filter (if you know it)— The board admin is typically the Jira project administrator for the project the board belongs to and also the board filter creator. Navigate to the project settings (if you still have access) and look under Project settings > People to find project admins.

There is no way to have a board back without the Board admin intervention

regards

Laura

Thank you but I was unable to find the project admins. I saw that in similar questions that were asked previously in this forum there were Atlassian support personnel who had answered, open tickets for those specific boards and managed sometimes to add the people who’s boards were closed as the admins of these boards so they can reopen them. I am hoping someone from Atlassian support will respond to my question as well and resolve it this way.
