I'm a Trello user and I was using it from the last 5 years. I create there so many boards and save a lot of very much important data. I can't even think to lose the access to it.
I was using the Trello account under my personal email. But after a recent update, Trello asks me to use the Atlassian login. also, they give me the option to put the new email if I already have the account in the Atlassian. So what I did I replace the Atlassian email for which I remember to have the account.
after doing these changes I was successfully able to access all my boards and got no issue. but when I try later to log in on Trello with my personal email it gives error not account found against this email that's fine as I replace this new email But when try to login with the New Email it gives me the error of
"It looks like your account has been deactivated.
Contact your organization admin if you have any questions."
I can't even access any Trello boards now which i created against my personal email as it links to the Atlassian account email. I only want to remove that link back to my personal email so at least I can access all of my Trello boars which are So much important for me. Is there any way how to remove them all.
i got the following error message when i try to access the Login in Atlassian account. and i don't remember to use this with any of the other accounts so I don't have any admiration to activate my account back.
@HafizABR3222 My assumption is that you'll be able to get your account re-activated, but I think you'd be better off contacting Atlassian support:
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
They've got an option for help with a deactivated site which sounds like the issue you're having. You can also go to trello.com/contact and ask Trello support rather than here in the community, we won't be able to fix account problems.
okay sure thanks I'll contact on the given link @Iain Dooley
