How to recover my panels and data before my account was managed?

I used TRELLO with my university account, by suddenly the university incorporated trello and provided that we accessed it through an SSO, with other credentials. Thus, I enter Trello and find that all my previous panels and data have disappeared.

I contacted my IT support at the university and they told me to contact Atalassian to ask for acces bypassing the SSO, with my personal credentials, in order to recover these panels and, hopefully, moving or fusing them to the new university-managed account. But I can't find the way to do it, not even know if it's possible. Any hint will be much appreciated, thanks a lot in advance.
