How to post to Facebook and Instagram from Trello?

Right now, I use Meta to schedule my Facebook and Instagram posts. Just started with Trello.  All event information goes into the event list, then cards are copied to the appropriate week list for the church bulletin and enews prep as well as a social media list.  How can those cards put on the social media list be automatically posted to Facebook and Instagram.  Zapier?

I’d probably use Zapier or Make to watch your Trello list and automatically send approved cards to Meta for scheduled Facebook and Instagram posts—it keeps everything organized without extra copying. If you're also looking for apps to explore, I'd stick with trusted sources and official apps rather than modified downloads like Honista since they can pose security and account risks.
