How to only see notifications for me?

Hey,

My notifications list is always so so long because I see everything for everyone on the boards I need to be part of. 

What I want is to just see messages for me ie that start @sophiehenderson, so I can use the notifications list as a to do list. At the moment I scroll and scroll trying to find my tasks and it's infuriating - missing tasks all the time!

I know this is super simple but I'm quite new to Trello, so thank you in advance.

Any chance that you are watching to lists or even the entire board? This would trigger notifications for all actions on the respective list of board. You might want to see if you can stop watching items to reduce the number of notifications.

In general, we trigger notifications for @mentiones as well as updates for cards that you are a member of as well as cards, lists or boards you are watching.
