I have paid an annual Standard Licence on 18/12/2024 Invoice TRINV-27710258 and for some reason ( maybe me or my team pressed the wrong button) me solicited Premium licence which we dont need. The System moved our account into free plan having paid an annual one for standard and I have no idea how to contact someone to help me and restore this into the standard plan already paid.
