I work with clients and want to keep contact to them weekly.
I have a list named contact. Cards (clients) in contact I contact and drag to another list (done/contacted) and they automatically are scheduled 7 days due date.
How do I make the contacted client move automatically back to the Contact List, when a week has passed?
This: when the due date is marked as incomplete in a card by anyone, move the card to the top of list "Contakt"
... does not work. I still manually have to move it and they will just lay expired in the bottom of the contacted list.
I think if I understand correctly you...
If that is correct, for number 3, you need to use a due date command:
Your command would be
"The moment a card in list "Done/Contacted" is due, move the card to top of list "Contact" and remove set the due date to Today at 5pm"
Oh my god, you helped me. Thanks! I discovered I could choose other options than "Rules" and didnt know about the Due Date option. I don't understand why they are not just all together, but oh well.
Thank you again. :)

@Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting Is there any way to have a card archived after it expired but only in a single list? I have created a workflow board and the last list is a list called "Done!" where we want the card to land and stay for a time until we feel comfortable archiving it. I currently have it set to create a due date 20 business days from now but I want it to archive the card as soon as the due date arrives but ONLY IN THAT LIST. I've tried something similar to what you have listed above from the three dots on the list but it makes me nervous cause it simply shows that it is "active on this board" and does not specify that it should only be active on that list.
Thanks Mike ;)
