We have a large team within our organisation that use Trello for our team project management, the board was set up by one employee and they are currently the only admin. This employee is currently off sick, with uncertainty on how long they will be off, and we urgently need to add new members to the board but as none of us have admin status we can't. We are looking for help to try and make more users admins so we can continue to use the current membership that has been set up uniquely for us. We don't want to have to make a new Workspace, as stated we are happy with the current membership, and don't wish to migrate everything.
Hello @Ashleigh Chivers
If your sick colleague was the only Workspace Admin, check with your IT department first. If your company uses managed Atlassian accounts, an Org Admin can easily grant you access. Trello Support usually won't hand over admin rights due to strict security protocols. Once this is resolved, definitely assign a second Workspace Admin so a single absence doesn't freeze your workflow again.

Thank you for your quick reply!
Unfortunatley we don't have an org Admin, so I think I will have to contact IT. Thank you again for your response :)

If you're not able to move forward, feel free to let us know. I can flag it for support, but I can't guarantee anything, as sometimes security matters can take precedence over ownership.

If you could flag this that would be really helpful, our IT department doesn't handle Trello as we have been managing it as marketing/internal communications. Any supper would be greatly appreciated, I understand that Trello may not be able to assist us but it's worth a try.
