How to make lists uneditable by board members in Trello Premium?

Hi! I'd like to join Trello Premium, but I have a question: Can I create a board and use editable and uneditable lists in it?

Situation: I'm the Product Owner of a board and I'd like to let "to do", "doing" and "done" lists uneditable for all the members except me. Other lists must be editable by other board members.

 Does Trello Premium offer this appliance?

No, but you could make two boards, and use a list like a PORTAL to have it send cards to the second board.  I.e. first board with all the people on it, To Do, Doing, NEXT where automation takes cards in NEXT and puts them on a different board that you only have access to and you could even add people to that board as Observers (Which Premium has)
