How to have automatic Slack Workflow updates

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have Trello Workspace linked to a Slack channel.
When I forward a Trello card to the Slack channel, there is a Slack Workflow that allows me to make changes to the Trello card, which then happens in Trello, but when I make changes to the card in Trello, it doesn't update in Slack.
See the attached image. When I move the Trello card to a different list in Trello, I want it to update in the Slack Workflow. (Eg. I move it from "Bristol" to "List 2", the Slack should update to "List 2")
Any help?
